These terms explain the responsibilities of customers, contractors, labour workers, suppliers, and visitors when using marketplace profiles, requirements, enquiries, and quotations.

Sahyadri Nexus helps users publish structured requirements, discover suitable providers, and exchange marketplace enquiries or quotations. Unless explicitly agreed in writing, Sahyadri Nexus is not the employer, contractor, material seller, payment guarantor, or party performing the work.
Users must provide accurate, current, and lawful information. Impersonation, fake experience, fabricated projects, misleading availability, unsupported ratings, and false business or worker documents are prohibited. Public visibility may require review or verification.
Customers are responsible for describing the work, location, quantity, access conditions, safety needs, dates, and budget expectations honestly. Posting a requirement does not guarantee that a provider will be available or that a particular quotation will be received.
Rates may vary with scope, quantity, location, transport, labour availability, taxes, and delivery dates. Users should confirm scope, price, payment stages, materials, timeline, safety, warranty, and cancellation terms directly in a written agreement before work starts.
Customers and providers must follow applicable labour, wage, workplace, building, safety, insurance, licensing, and local laws. Required protective equipment, supervision, site access, accommodation, food, and transport responsibilities should be agreed before deployment.
Material listings and supplier profiles support discovery and quotation requests. They do not represent guaranteed inventory or fixed public pricing. Customers should verify brand, grade, quantity, taxes, transport, delivery, return, and replacement conditions before ordering.
Users must not misuse another person’s phone number, address, identity documents, profile information, or quotations. Sensitive documents and contact details may be restricted from public view and handled according to the Privacy Policy.
Sahyadri Nexus may review, reject, hide, suspend, or remove profiles, requirements, quotations, or accounts that are unsafe, unlawful, misleading, abusive, duplicated, or inconsistent with these terms.
Any platform fee or subscription will follow the plan and refund terms shown at purchase. Payments between customers and providers, work quality, delays, damages, returns, and site disputes remain subject to their written agreement and applicable law unless Sahyadri Nexus separately accepts responsibility in writing.
Users must not attempt unauthorised access, scrape private data, upload malware, harass others, manipulate reviews, bypass platform controls, or use the marketplace for illegal work, trafficking, forced labour, discrimination, or fraud.
These terms may be updated as marketplace features and legal requirements develop. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply. Questions can be sent through the Contact page.
